Privenox uses publicly available CMS hospital price transparency data, quality metrics, and insurance benefit modeling to help consumers compare healthcare procedure prices across facilities.

3. Not Medical Advice

Privenox is not a healthcare provider, insurance company, or medical advisor. Price estimates are based on published hospital data and may not reflect your actual costs. Always verify with the facility and your insurer. Always consult your healthcare provider about medical decisions.

4. Data Accuracy

Hospital prices update periodically. Data reflects the most recent available filing. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Prices are estimates based on published data and insurance plan modeling.

5. Credits and Billing

Single reports cost 1 credit ($12.99), report packs provide 5 credits ($39.99), and API credit packs are available. All purchases are one-time payments via Stripe. Credits never expire. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, methodology, and compiled data outputs are owned by Smart Technology Investments LLC. Underlying government datasets are public domain.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8. Limitation of Liability

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County.
